2. You will receive a joining email from us close to the start of each event (ideally the day before), with a Zoom link that will work for the whole of that particular retreat online event.
3. Zoom is a simple online communications platform that is very easy to use. If you have not used it before, we suggest that you download this programme and install for free before your retreat is due to take place. You can find the programme at this link: https://zoom.us/download. If you have any questions about using Zoom, please contact us at email@example.com
On this online retreat, with a sense of imagination, adventure and playfulness, we will explore the images, myths and symbols of the Buddha’s journey to Awakening. These mythic images from the Buddha’s story also touch upon the deeper archetypal currents in our own lives. On the retreat we will imaginatively dwell upon the major turning points in the life of the Buddha and reflect on their resonance in our own experience. So, rather than seeing the Buddha as a distant historical figure, we will see how his life embodies the very real journey we all need to embark upon to live a fully human life. With talks, storytelling, meditation, ritual and discussion.
Please note: This retreat runs from 10.30 Saturday to 12.30 Friday.
Daily schedule UK time:
