“…with an eye made quiet by the power of harmony, and the deep power of joy, we see into the life of things“ – WILLIAM WORDSWORTH
On this retreat, we’ll build our writing skills on a solid foundation of Dharma practice, so that the two can fully support each other, both on the retreat and beyond it. There will be a talk by Subhadassi to set the context of the retreat, and, alongside shrine room practice, the main content of the weekend will consist of structured writing workshops. This retreat is suitable for people with all levels of creative writing experience, from ‘beginner’ onwards.
Subhadassi is an experienced teacher and retreat leader. For fifteen years he worked as a freelance writer/artist and workshop leader. He is currently chair at Brighton Buddhist Centre. More details are at: www.subhadassi.com
Prices for this event are: £220 - £200 (Conc)
